Bio:
Steve Cooper is a well-established UK guitarist, songwriter, author and educator with over thirty years experience in the music industry. His performing and recording experience is vast and includes artists such as Robert Plant, Lionel Richie, Jason Donovan, Journey South, BAFTA winner Jane McDonald and U.S soul singer, Marc Broussard.
Steve has worked extensively in television as guitarist on the UK prime time Channel 5 show ‘Jane and Friends’ performing with many featured guests from music, stage and screen including Kerry Ellis, Gwen Dickey, Russell Watson, Zoe Burkett, Tony Hadley, Duncan James, Lee Mead, Tony Christie, Carol Decker (T’Pau), Limahl, Gareth Gates, Ray Quinn and Chesney Hawkes.
As an arranger and transcriber, Steve has completed more than fifty published works for Music Sales including albums by Queens of The Stone Age and The Vines along with tracks by Foo Fighters, System of a Down, The Killers, Nine Inch Nails and Kaiser Chiefs.
