Robert got into music in the 90s when he discovered KISS! After seeing the band on their reunion tour in 1996 he started playing guitar.
Many bands and years later he found himself playing bass in the band Captain Black Beard. They started in 2009 and have six studio albums full of melodic hard rock to their name.
In 2017 Robert joined the newly formed power metal band Metalite. A band that is currently enjoying a lot of success, with tours and festival appearances worldwide.
The pandemic saw Robert returning to the guitar with his solo project Nighthawk. The group would go on to record at the world famous Abbey Road Studios and Rockfield Studios and features Björn Strid & John Lönnmyr from The Night Flight Orchestra, among others.
